I am truly humbled and excited to be included in such a wonderful community of loving and gifted souls. I look forward to making many new friends and sharing likened visions of changing the world!

I'm just a small town girl on a mission to cultivate wholeness of Self, utilizing the gift of Grace to restore acceptance of Self and others, throughout the world. It is through my work as a yoga instructor that I begin this process of promoting acceptance of oneself first, for it is from within where the seed of acceptance begins to grow and then spreads outward to the world around.
